STATS: 13 swimmers / 3 Gold / 7 Silver / 5 Bronze
At last it was great to get back in the pool at a major meet after two years away, everyone had a great time competing and it was nice to welcome three new members to Team Anglia, Sharon Perry from West Norfolk, Linden Jack from St Neots and Chris Hunter.
All of our relays performed well, with one Silver and two Bronze medals, our three Gold medals went to Dale Barker in the mens 1500m freestyle, Helen Davis in the 200m Breaststroke, plus breaking her own 50m Breaststroke Regional Record and Sharon Perry in the 400m IM which was also a new Regional Record, well done everyone.
We also had an enjoyable two nights out, eating, drinking and catching up 🙂
